My love for travelling by experiencing new cultures, especially through the expression of food is behind my idea for creating Travelling Apron. I am Dipali, and I would like to welcome you to my page – a melting pot of my love and passion for Food & Travel. What a perfect opportunity to share these magical experiences with you, through my blogs.

Having travelled and baked most my life, the idea to start documenting my experiences for the consumption of my friends and family only struck me recently. My husband encouraged me to take it a notch higher and share my adventures with the world.

My love for baking, of course, started at an early age when I would sit in my grand aunt’s kitchen and cut out little cookie shapes during Christmas. The aroma of baking would fill the house and the anticipation to dig in heightened our cravings. Never did I realise that later I would grow up to fall in love with the idea of curating special menus and travel escapades.

My love and curiosity to test and create new recipes is immense. When I am not experimenting in the kitchen, you will find me cuddled up with a book or trying my best not to kill my plants.

So here I am sharing and hoping you explore and enjoy my journey of Travelling Apron with me.
